Throughout the year activities done throughout the day are highly affected by the weather, as well as the season. Some activities aren’t done until a specific holiday season, a specific temperature, or a specific day. Some examples are Christmas activities like decorating a Christmas tree, putting lights on your house, etc. These aren’t done until the Christmas season, which is basically considered the whole month of December.
When it comes to the fall season, there are many activities to partake in! Places like Jerry Smiths, a pumpkin patch, have many activities to do. You can take a hayride, do a haunted house, a corn maze, get pumpkins, and so much more. Pumpkin patches like Jerry Smith’s are typically opened seasonally, so when it is that time of year take some time and pay a visit!
If you are more of a homebody, there are many activities you can do at home. Baking could be one thing. Of course, you can do this year round, but there are seasonal treats typically made in the fall. Not only will this activity taste good, but it will also keep you warm. Pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, apple pie, apple crisp, and so many more recipes typically made around fall.
Another activity would be carving pumpkins. When fall begins, Halloween is just around the corner. Carving pumpkins is a fun activity to do with friends and family, and you can make a yummy snack out of the seeds!
Of course, not everybody enjoys doing activities like this, but doing so really gives you serotonin boosts!
